Bio

Carey Gough is a documentary photographer working in the West Midlands. She originally hails from the Bluegrass State of Kentucky. She is currently working on a project to honour her love of Kentucky's musical history and the landscape from which it came as part of the MFA Documentary Photography programme at University Wales, Newport. Carey's personal work focuses on topics such as music, subculture, and the history embedded in landscapes and architecture. Her work has been shown at the Hereford Photography Festival and The Photographic Angle.
